Guarantee Registration


  • In warranty cases please contact your Franke contact person. Please have the following documents at hand:

        - Invoice
        - Number of kegs to be claimed
        - Laser etched 2D barcode number or transponder list of each keg to be claimed
        - Prove of keg service
        - detailed description of damage incl. pictures

  • Alternatively you can download the claim formular and send it back filled out to your contact person.

  • Your contact person will forward your claim to our headoffice to verify the warranty case by means of the documents provided according to the Terms of Guarantee.

  • In the case of a justified complaint your receive the following information
    - Claim number
    - Information about the place of fulfilment
    - Information about the way Franke will perform the guarantee

  • In the case the guarantee will be performed as a repair service you will receive a message by either Franke, a third company authorised by Franke or a GNKS-Partner about the further process.

  • After your kegs have been repaired we will send the kegs back to you.
